MooMoo-o-Tron III - The Udderleashening...
We’re excited to unveil out latest… er… Dinky… er… Door. It’s a bit less dinky than normal, but it DEFINITELY still has a door. Otherwise, how else would our brave Youpew and Zharor alien rescue team seek out the missing Supreme Leader?
Watch the video above to get the whole story!
We’ll wait until you’re finished watching it, then you can carry on reading this post…
That was quick.
You watched all of it?
Whilst we’re not going to condone how Youpew and Zharor “acquired” this cow from Cows about Cambridge, we were still excited to be able to transform it into a very Cambridge rescue vehicle.
It was a huge uddertaking for us, when we’re used to working at a slightly more dinky scale, but we’re pretty happy with the result and MooMoo will be grazing the streets of Cambridge from March 30th 2020 onwards, before being auctioned off to raise money for the charity Break. They do an amazing job of helping kids who could use a little extra support.
MooMoo was unveiled at a fancy event at the Hilton hotel to a room full of sponsors. They were there to select which cows they’d like to commission artists to create so that come Spring next year, around 50 cows will hit the streets for the big art trail. It’s going to be amazing.
Here’s some more pics of our MooMoo. We know it’ll be a while before you’ll be able to see her in public, but we’re hoping these pics give a sense of what to expect!
Making public art is hard. But you can help. If you like what we do, and want to help support our dinky mission to *SAVE THE WORLD*, take a peek at our Patreon page. https://www.patreon.com/dinkydoors
Or if you prefer, you can make a PayPal donation too.
Public street art is hard because you don’t have customers. And to reach the most people it’s put into a public space for free. BUT… for the cost of a cup of tea, you can effectively buy a bit of public art. Instead of it being just for you home though, it’s in public where EVERYONE, including you, gets to see and hopefully enjoy it. You can be directly responsible for making the world more joyful and delighting young, old, rich and poor.
We’d be enormously grateful for your support - helping to cover the costs of making these Dinky Doors.
